Ben Millar. Ben is a rare breed. He effortlessly blends great creative judgement with a solid commercial understanding. This makes his ideas both creative & practical. His secret weapon is his curiosity and inquisitiveness. He uses both to hone on the specific challenge, behaviour or change required for the project. I would highly recommend Ben as a Creative Director. Great to work with whilst delivering great work - what more could you ask for.

I highly recommend Ben as a Creative Director with a wide range of expertise across digital design and brand development. I've been working with Ben for over three years and he's been a joy to work with. In particular I've been impressed by his delivery of new concepts for web design projects.

Working with the nicest, smartest and funniest people both client and agency side one could wish for, we approached everything in new and different ways for each client and project which consistently resulted in the best possible work we could produce. The agency grew 4 times it's size and opened studios in Ghana and Nigeria, while Ecobank won a number of awards including recognition in Superbrands. I headed up the creative teams across the studios. Joined as the most senior designer in a small team of just seven people, my time there saw the agency more than double in size and gain it's first inclusions in to the D&AD and Creative Review Annuals, alongside notably winning the open brief to design the London 2012 Olympic bid identity. We saw Kino rise from outside any creative league tables to being recognised in Marketing Magazine's Agency of the Year.
