- Led and managed two transformative redesigns of the medical software since 2018. As a part of team I work using Agile methodology. Played a pivotal role in constructing the software's Design System, including crafting custom icons. My constant engagement with medical advisors and developers ensured ongoing software and medical test result templates improvements. I also performed software testing, created tickets, and closely collaborated with developers to enhance the user experience. - Initiated and executed insightful interviews with new and experienced users, yielding valuable feedback to inform hardware and software enhancements. - Initiated the creation of a series of hardware and software product video tutorials, leading a team to create engaging visual content. - Managed several comprehensive overhauls of the company's website, implementing SEO strategies and monitoring performance through Google Analytics, launched ADS campaigns. - Contributed innovative marketing materials and promotional videos, instrumental in attracting investors and new clients during events and exhibitions. Actively participated in booth materials design and visitor support at exhibitions. - Authored a substantial portion of Instruction for Use (IFU) documents for software and collaborated on hardware IFU to support CE and FDA approvals according QMS.
