Desi is able to navigate the interconnected world of learning, technology, and systems operations with ease. She is a continuous learner and always willing to role up her sleeves to seek understanding of problems/gaps and work toward finding and implementing solutions. She managed the day-to-day operations of a learning management system while researching and collaborating to find ways to improve products and meet the current and future needs of students. This required conducting analysis, applying project management strategies, assessing learning technology affordances, and streamlining standards and processes. She was always willing to innovate, explore, and ....work on the difficult problems.
