Provide Help Desk – Break/Fix support to our clients on a rotational basis for approximately half the work week Deliver Microsoft Dynamics GP functional and technical services to our clients Respond and communicate to clients in a timely manner Create Documentation for Knowledgebase and Custom Software Products Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP expertise to resolve complex issues or request through Help Desk or project related work, ensuring timely communication with client and GP team Support reporting tools, integrations and customizations of the solution Provide fundamental training on what’s new and core functionality on an as needed basis. Ability to identify non-break support and assist with transitioning to sales / account management Utilize Service workflows for problem/issue resolution Establish and maintain relationships with clients and team members Utilize experience in system distribution modules, and Management Reporter to support clients’ daily needs.
