  Here I work out the concept for a shortfilm festival, I make the planning and I make and maintain personal contacts with potential partners and participants with organizations and universities at home and abroad. To maintain the quality of each project, I regularly have meetings with my colleagues to communicate and brainstorm about the different projects within the orginasation. I use my passion as a graphic designer to create a strong visual language that invites the viewer but also myself to reflect on identity formation.
