As a lot manager, I was in charge of 6-12 employees on a regular basis. Some of my responsibilities were to ensure smooth operation of a particular "lot", manage breaks to achieve our labor goals , and to be a customer service representative to control customer complaints. I think this shows my customer service skills and my quality control abilities. Being able to diffuse a situation and make an angry customer was something I did daily with great ease. Customer service comes naturally to me. I left Auto-Magic for a better opportunity.
