  Input and maintain youth FamCare information which includes summary of activities, no shows for program, incidents and come outs. Develops and maintains contacts with youth and guardian about assigned pick-up time and locations. Assists the participants with their career planning and career decision-making process, assist participant’s with employment and training needs, provides case management services to youth working to obtain a GED, monitoring of youth performance outcomes, invoicing for services, creating and maintaining purchase of service for participant's, sending weekly census for attendance to DC Trust, Progressive Life and The National Center For Children and Families. I drive a passenger van safely transporting partricipants to and from various school and after school activities. I am required to complete trips in a timely manner. I also perform driver maintenance to include but not limited to inspecting interior/exterior of vehicle for cleanliness. Show less
