Although he did not have any previous automation experience when he joined our team, Derrick was not shy about jumping headfirst into learning new technologies and was able to quickly adapt the skills necessary to become an integral member of our group. In our weekly one-on-one pair-programming sessions, Derrick demonstrated his ability to carefully and thoroughly find solutions to problems and also understand the core principles why.
