      Was a Staff Sergeant in charge of a twelve man section. basic duties include ops planning to the team level, PCC PCI, PMCS of all assigned equipment, and general welfare of troops in my command. I then moved on to Battalion S-3 as the TOC NCOIC My duties include ensuring the TOC is set up to SOP and SOG, Battle tracking of all unit movements, maintaining accurate tracking boards of personnel numbers, equipment ECT. so that the commandeer can have a eye of over all operations and have better command decisions.
