Responsible for a $150K program budget, as well as a distribution of 96 financial-based scholarships to youth throughout Suffolk County, NY.Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising a staff of 10 educators to teach STEM Education through ecology-based activities, videography, and photography. Partnered with the local Audobon Society, the local chapter of Master Gardeners, the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, SUNY Stony Brook, and SUNY Binghamton to bring a college graduate program experiment to 1500+ youth participants annually.
