Lead on a Project Designed to relocate our existing workforce to a new location. Project involved driving transformational change as well as liaising with multiple different teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones were met. - Lead on a project to move teams from one building to newly designed offices, this involved understanding the needs of teams and the support they would need to hit project milestones. - Engaged and collaborate across key stakeholders to understand the current management system for handling, cleansing, and storing of data including duplication of information across teams and associated HR retention schedules. - Inform the development of HR retention schedules and manage a programme of self-assessments for each business areas.
