I’ve know Dermott for many years from our interactions when he ran the support team in Editahare EMEA. Dermott also helped project managed many of our onsite installations with his team. He was always there when needed and always displayed customer empathy. Great to work with.

Dermott is one of those rare people that seems to have unlimited capacity. While managing a dedicated support team he was also responsible for project managing installations across the regions.
