Building on 10 years experience of working in a high performance University environment, I have been developing group programs and app ideas for a wider audience. Currently working on stress reduction programs and developing app concepts with psychoeducational content. In addition to face-to-face counselling, I provide counselling online and develop and deliver online programmes for Chinese parents.
