Undertook an assignment with AZOROM Utility Consultants to develop a five-year Integrated Strategic Plan for ESCOM, the state-owned electricity utility in Malawi. Leading a small team of industry experts we carried out a detailed stakeholder consultation process, conducted workshops with the Board, the Executive Management Team, and with staff. The Integrated Strategic Plan was completed successfully, on time and within budget.
