Perform routine polymorph, salt, and cocrystal screening including phase origin, thermodynamic assessment, and form selectionCrystallization development starting form mg scale up to 45 grams. Work includes determination for suitable methods of crystallization, form selection, solvent selection, and MSZW. Parameters such as seed point, seed load, rate of anti-solvent addition, anti-solvent volume, cooling rates, and aging times were individually modified and their impacts on particle size, yield, purity, filterability, and residual solvent content were closely monitored for optimization. Experience and success with non-conventional methods for single crystal growth such as capillary crystallization, heteronuclear crystallization, polymer induced crystallization, and gel crystallization. In one case study with the guidance of in silico work, I was successful in isolating a single crystal which I later determined to be the most stable anhydrous and monotropically related to the starting material. I was also successful in scaling this polymorph from <1 mg to 5 grams Chosen to attend ssNMR training, ICDD XRD clinic, and Polymorphism and Crystallization conference
