In recognition of my capabilities that they have witnessed, the prior work experience that I had in the logistic warehouse, and my hardworking attitude, as well as due to a large amount of incoming orders, I was identified and selected by the department head to do advance tasks compared to my fellow peers such as Picking of Orders in the warehouse and eventually handling an outgoing lane which is supposedly only to be operated by the supervisors. Within the outgoing lane, I have to scan the items that are being picked by the full-timers which was placed on the conveyer lane and to scan the items individually to cross check with the picking list that are in the system.
