  I managed, supervised and developed sports, wellness, membership and aquatics departments as well as hired, trained and supervised sports, wellness and membership staff. During my time there, I organized, marketed and implemented the annual 10k Run and 5k Run/Walk, adhered to a strict budget in the departments and developed relationships with the Jersey Shore Community, including members, volunteers and local organizations. I also oversaw the facility schedule to ensure that all programs had usable space.
