Derek is amazing on many levels! He has a genuine care for people and a savvy ability to relate to and serve people. Such a leader and hard worker too!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Derek for almost 7 years. We have worked on connecting people both Nationally and Internationally. Derek excels in many areas but two areas that have impressed me most over the years are his relational skills and his strength in mentoring young adults. If you are looking for someone with focus, integrity or need a strategic thinker you would benefit greatly from having Derek as a part of your team or organization. Respectfully, J Michael Gooch
