Project Programming (~6 yrs) o As WPAFB Pavements Sub-AMP Manager I identified, prioritized and programmed Repair projects for 151 miles of roads, ~1.4M S.Y. of parking lots, 28 bridges, dozens of docks/ramps and miscellaneous sidewalk jobs. o Built over 130 project packages for CEN Programming totaling ~$19.5M to repair ~1,025,000 S.Y. of pavement. Packages required creating tracking system task files, site maps, estimates, calculating quantities and resolving unique site issues. o Served as Base Program Management Office team lead for building the FSRM Requirement Scoping/Estimates packages for 39 Repair/Construction projects on a compressed timeline of ~2 months. 25 of these major Repair projects were awarded for EOY by USACE with an $105,000,000 government cost estimate (travel duty). Construction Management (~1.5 yrs) o Managed 15 construction projects (FFP/SABER) from award through closeout. Conducted daily site inspections, completed bi-weekly progress reports, recorded submittals, made field changes and interfaced with Base Contracting. Up-chained major issues to project engineers and management. Coordinated support from Base maintenance shops. o Managed the execution phase of two major contracts: 1. Fire Suppression Line, a $1.2M contract to install 3000 LF of 14” PVC dedicated fire suppression supply main. 2. Fire Safety Deficiencies - Warehouse Facility, a $3.6M contract to upgrade the fire protection of a multi-function warehouse to include firewall construction, fire sprinkler system replacement, fire suppression supply main installation and interior demolition. Project Design Management (~4 yrs) o Worked with senior-level Engineer generating in-house Designs. Most notably, generated CAD construction documents for the Housing Area Demolition ($1.6M; 108 duplex homes), Demo Drive/Fill Moats at Facility ($1.4M, Civil Site AT/FP Improvements), and the Replace Water Line to Wells ($1.4M, 4,700 LF, 18-20” HDPE install) project designs.
