      • Apr 2020 - Present

I lead on the global people analytics strategy across all of our brands. My main responsibilities include: 1. the design and maintenance of our people analytics architecture, connecting and correlating data points from multiple sources and establishing common threads of diversity, inclusion, progression and social impact; 2. the design, data management and analysis of our employee engagement surveys and associated lifecycle surveys (e.g. onboarding) and ad hoc pulse surveys; 3. leading our participation in benchmarking surveys.I recently led on our UK property strategy, taking a data-driven approach to embedding customer experience and our culture within our post-Covid portfolio planning; I also advise on our external social impact metrics and am deeply engaged in our inclusion and diversity agenda, leading on the transparent provision of career progression and other sensitive data points to enable the identification and effective targeting of areas for improvement.

    • HRIS Transformation Technology Lead
      • Nov 2017 - Mar 2020

As Functional Lead on a global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, I was responsible for the migration from Unit4 Business World (Agresso) HR of legacy data, development of reports, mapping of integrations with other systems used across the Group and in particular outside the UK and enablement of self-service for employees from those countries. Following the initial implementation, I then performed the business analysis and data migration required to add new acquisitions and new geographies to the Group's new central core HRIS and enable self-service. In addition to the SuccessFactors implementation I also trained a pilot HR chatbot and scoped the implementation of ServiceNow HR in preparation for the establishment of a Global Business Services nearshoring centre.
