ADJACENT GROWTH STRATEGY. Spearheaded forward-looking, profit-focused initiatives designed to inflect the growth curve of a relatively mature business. BUSINESS BUILDING. Oversaw the geographic expansion of Ideabar, a boutique creative agency. In collaboration with the agency's Managing Director, Crafted a strategic plan that led to significant revenue growth and strong EBITDA margins in the second year of operations. INNOVATION + INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT. Managed a minority investment portfolio focused on late-stage startups in the media sector. Actively involved in Techstars Atlanta, the leading startup accelerator in the region. LARGE-SCALE DIVESTITURE.
