Control the movement of aircraft on ramps 3-4 (two of the busiest ramps) at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson, providing push-back and taxi instructions to pilots. We work in coordination with the FAA, airlines, and other agencies to ensure maximum efficiency of aircraft to and from the gate, while also complying to regulations in relation to safety, emergency, and de-icing procedures.

Perform daily operational tasks within the International side of operations at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport. Responsibilities range from providing ramp control on ramp 9 ( International air carriers) to performing landside inspections of the terminal. We have a crucial responsibility to monitor security and safety alerts and send the appropriate personnel to address the situation. Another important task is managing the gate keeper and baggage belts via sophisticated software. We have control the common use gates on E/F concourses and have heavy relationships with all the airlines including Delta, Southwest, Spirit, and Jet Blue. All of these responsibilities require the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and communicate effectively.

Internship in a supervisory role managing the junior pages, a new group of high schoolers every week. Led weekly orientations outlining roles and responsibilities and held them accountable. I also performed other duties for Senate staff including media relations, data recording, and other tasks that were too critically sensitive for junior pages to carry out.
