  My role as Manager of Operations entails a multitude of different responsibilities and tasks. I manage three different U.S. Cellular retail sales locations as well as the 4-8 sales associates per store. The role of a manager here at QC also means being able to discipline associates for poor performance, diligently communicating with directors and owners, and often times handling escalated customer situations.
