This was a contract position through Local 67 hiring hall which I still work for.My duties where to safely and effectively plan maintenance work as per the requirements set out by operations and management. This included ordering materials, manpower, and placing work on the schedule. My Plan vs Actual average during my last 12 months was 83% which was at the top of my team.I planned $95,000 and 725 ManHours per week on average over the same period.I also was the chairman of the Maintenance Efficiency Team and completed over $1M in annual cost improvements for the maintenance group, which contributed to a large portion saved of my ~$2.8M annual maintenance spend responsibility.I was often tasked with Project Management of my own plans and lead many projects through to completion.
