During that time, Dereje has showed to be a very dedicated person and always willing to go an extra mile to not only finish his tasks but also finish them with high standard. Dereje is an instrument of team player, team collaboration who inspires the team with his passion and thirst for technology and best practices. There were number of times that he helped the team get the tasks done, suggested new ideas to increase our development processes and efficiency. In terms of technical, Dereje is a great learner and mentor. He can pick things up quick and improve them. However, the thing that impresses me the most is that he used to be a mechanical engineer for a long time and decided to become a software engineer. This requires a solid commitment and diligence. Dereje will definitely be an awesome and excellent addition for any good team out there.
