As a Mobile Expert I worked in a T-Mobile TPR providing customers with an extensive insight into the T-Mobile network and all it has to offer. My job function included but were not limited to, comparing our deals with that of competitors to find the best deal for each customer. I made sure that customers had a personalized and strong customer service experience to make them more comfortable with my recommendations and insight. I multi-tasked to complete a variety of complex duties and prioritize the mission of the business. I worked extensively to resolve and diffuse irate customers. My main goal was to build rapport with the customer so that they would continue to come back to me for assistance and new promotions. Building rapport consisted of active listening, asking customers as to their likes and dislikes, and meeting their individual needs. As a Keyholder it was my responsibility to help open and close the store when the Managers were unable to. I also helped manage inventory, which involved sending back and receiving devices to/from the warehouse, ensuring that we never had an overflow of any returned or trade-in devices. I was also responsible for maintaining change orders and documenting everything to reduce loss/theft. As a keyholder I was also in transition to become an Assistant Manager, teaching me how to lead the Mobile Experts with authority and efficiency. This involved setting appropriate limitations to how they interacted with customers, as well as promote growth, and maintain strong relationships with both those I was training and the customers as well.
