I met Deon during my time at Pick n Pay Canal Walk as he was the Regional responsible for the store’s cleaning needs. No challenge was to great for him in a store that trades from 08h00 and the last customers leaving as late as 22h00 - he always made sure that his team had the store ready for trade the next morning. He dealt with queries and complaints immediately and provided solid feedback. He made good recommendations that was always immediately applied that showed great results. It was a pleasure working with him and his team.
