As DCO, I was tasked with creating and publishing a weekly interdepartmental corporate newsletter that updated employees on the latest company-related news, communicated significant changes and announcements on behalf of management, highlighted individual achievements/recognized birthdays and generally promoted a positive, professional company culture through relevant, motivating and creative content. In this role, I also performed technical writing and editing duties, working in tandem with the engineering team to create concise process protocols and detailed, easy-to-use work instructions for the production floor. I was also tasked with converting specific vendor documents into original, "controlled-copy" Palco Telecom versions, and filing for reference.
