Melvyn Harding „Deon and I graduated from the MAEOPP Emerging Leader's Institute together and I have always been impressed with his knowledge and skill level on a myriad of topics. He is very focused and passionate about youth development, particularly for first generation and low income students. His work in paving educational opportunities for all students is to be commended.
