Denver's one of the most brilliant marketers I've worked with. His skillset has grown rapidly over the last couple of years and as a formidable technical SEO and content marketer, he has only improved as he widens his base of marketing channels. He sports a unique mix of analytical and creative skills that enable him to devise complete strategies and adjust the mix during campaign flight if so required. Denver's understanding of inbound marketing methodology and its components is in a constant state of evolution as he strives for ongoing improvement beyond the constraints of best practice guidelines. He would often bring new ideas to the team and drive through initiatives based on observations he'd made or ideas he'd picked up through extensive research. Denver's dedication and attitude are exceptional and as a natural leader, he would often take on the role of mentoring junior members of the team without prompting. It was a pleasure working with Denver and I learned at least as much from him as I hope he learned from me.

When people talk about this guy, they might say how hard he works, how committed he is, how he is no nonsense and hassle free. Which are all true. But the thing that makes him standout for me the most is how innovative he is. To give you (the reader) an idea of this when I first started working with him (2011) he was already talking about and implementing many of the 'well known' effective SEO techniques we see today (2017). I saw him revolutionise the strategy documents produced for clients a number of times over the years. Constantly catapulting his company ahead of the majority of digital marketing agencies out there. He researches markets and competitor landscapes in more detail than anyone I have worked with which gives him an in-depth insight of what works well and what doesn't. He then takes this knowledge and applies it to blended digital marketing campaigns producing demonstrable ROI for his clients. All of the above equates to the man being an excellent problem solver, digital marketer, strategist and ultimately an asset to anyone who is lucky enough to have him as their employee, consultant or friend.
