Lastly, internal business and IT projects necessary to ensure success of business objectives. • Disaster Recovery and Information Security – Review and assess corporate disaster recovery and information security posture. Work with existing and new vendors to evaluate key areas for improvement. Create/Update appropriate policies and train the organization. Lead the formation of an Infosec/IT governance committee to provide oversight. • Client management – Working with the Sales team and account managers, interact directly with clients on IT projects, Information/data security, and Request for Proposal processes. • Corporate – Member of the Executive committee responsible for Strategic planning and corporate budgeting.
