Dennisis Jae (or DJ as we call him) started with 24-7 Intouch as an agent. Even when in training, we already noticed his ability to influence the people around him. We knew this person will become a leader someday. Time passed and we opened several Team Leader positions. He was one of the skilled few who were able to qualify and get the job. One things that I admire about DJ is the ability to discern (or sometimes who things on a different perspective) on issues. He was well loved by his Team and provided not only performance coaching but also life coaching to his team. He was also tapped to help launch a new program as a Senior Team Lead.
