I worked for Dennis when I was on a special assignment to his organization to help out with negotiations for DTE's largest union. Dennis is a very visionary leader with a knack for knowing how to motivate his team to achieve great things. He has great enthusiasm for his work and an uncommon ability to provide meaningful direction and advice to his team. Employees who worked for him always achieved great results. It was a pleasure to work for Dennis and I would sign on to do it again if I had the chance.

Dennis is an exceptional leader and developer of people, possessing the unique skills of demonstrating people-focus and mentoring while simultaneously driving for results within his area of responsibility.

Dennis was a prominent leader at DTE who was not only accomplished in his career but served as an excellent coach and supporter for others as they advanced in their careers. I had the pleasure of reporting to Dennis and was able to witness Dennis' vast knowledge of HR policy and practices. Through several collective bargaining sessions, Dennis demonstrated his astute ability to reach objectives without disruption to the business. Dennis is a professional and leader that will be a great asset to any organization.
