When I was a Company Commander in Iraq Dennis worked for me as my Operations Chief. As such he ran the operations for our company and managed all the logistics. Depending on our mission, the size of the company fluctuated between 140 and 220 men. This was an 18 hours a day, 7 days a week for 7 months responsibility. He did an outstanding job in an extremely challenging situation. We would not have been successful without his hard work.
