      EXPERIENCE: 2014-2015 INTERIM-SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS Monroe Township Schools, Monroe, NJ • Provided visionary leadership for a district with over 6500 students including six elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. • Finalized contract negotiations with three bargaining units. • Successful implementation of the first PARCC administration. • Led the district in a successful redistricting process impacting six elementary schools. Proactively addressed all parent and staff concerns to ensure a positive transition. • Elevated district staff morale to a high degree as noted by staff and administration. • Implemented a series of program overviews and presentations for BOE and community in an effort to heighten awareness of program validity and cost effectiveness. • Worked closely with the Business Administrator to present a fiscally responsible budget for a $110 million dollar budget. • Achieved all 3 BOE developed district goals: 1) District Strategic Plan 2) Reviewing, evaluating and assessing current programs with an eye towards academic success and cost effectiveness 3) Seeking viable sources of revenue to provide support to the tax levy. • Maximized student success and achievement.
