Fellow of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, trained in adjudication. Extensive experience in building disputes, boundary disputes, and neighbourly matters Undertaken design and specification of a wide range of projects from residential housing estates, secure mental institution, range of primary, secondary and further education establishments including provision of specialise accommodation such as music seminar rooms. Undertaken project management of refurbishment of historic country houses and re-ordering/re-cladding of 1960€™s RC framed building, contract value in excess of £8 million.
