  Dennis Sherrod serves as the inaugural Forsyth Medical Center Endowed Chair of Recruitment & Retention, the Director of Graduate Programs, and Professor in the Division of Nursing at Winston-Salem State University, Winston-Salem, NC. He is a Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellow, and serves as President of the Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellows Alumni Association. Dennis has more than thirty years of nursing experience and over twenty years of recruitment and retention expertise. Dennis served as chair of Nursing Management's National Recruitment & Retention Conference for six years.
