  - Since 2005 -Technical lead and team leader responsible for the deployment, maintenance and support (24x7) of Supplier Exchange (named MSD – Morrisons Supplier Database) within Morrisons. MSD is a data warehouse providing Supply Chain information (inc. Product, Sales, Inventory, PO, Depot issue etc) to Morrisons Suppliers and internal users. MSD comprises a front-end java application which includes basic portal functionality, backend ETL processes which loads and aggregates the supply chain information and transforms it into a report friendly format.- 2014 – 2016 - Technical lead and team leader of the OBIA support team within the Crimsonwing Morrisons MIS account. The teams responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day execution of the ETL and to ensure that the ETL completes within the SLA Also responsible for BAU changes and fixes to existing bugs. - 2014 – 2015 - Service Management of the MIS team for Morrisons. Monitoring service of the 3 Crimsonwing MIS teams working for Morrisons. Responsibilities included weekly reporting.- 2009 – 2010 - Team leader and technical lead responsible for the development, deployment of the Morrisons Farming Application, an online application used by Morrisons abattoir suppliers to access data pertaining to the produce they provided Morrisons- 2004 - Involved in the writing of Crimsonwing’s Standard Operating Procedures in the drive to make the company ISO compliant.- 2003 - Developed an add-on to the database system for WSC (local water utility company) used to extract data from their billing database and prepare the data to be uploaded into special handheld terminals to be used by meter reading staff and subsequent loading back of data into the database.
