Turkey Hill Dairy is a full line of frozen dairy treats and drink manufacturer. There are over 800 associates on site.Supervise a staff of 9 non-union maintenance personnel in a 24/7 multi-shift operation schedule. Maintain daily utilities to plant which include Boilers, Air Compressors, Fresh Water Wells, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Ammonia Refrigeration System, Forklift Repair and Daily Maintenance to Warehouse .• Assist and support the plant’s safety committee. • Perform Root Cause Analysis on machinery both electrically and mechanically. • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (MP2) with daily status update meetings in regards to on time percentages, priorities, and completion. • Complete installations involved design, programming, contractor and in-house trade coordination, implementation, and start-up to ensure desired results and project completion to be on time and on or under proposed budget.
