Dennis excellent leader and project manager, his excellent business knowledge in the retail domain helps him to better understand the problem in hand. He is a good listener and is willingly to look from different perspective to the same issue and act with great integrity and respect. I worked with Dennis is multiple high pressure project and his capabilities of handling pressure are phenomenal.

Dennis was the first manager that I reported to in the Marketing space at Macy's, and I have a lot of respect for his management style, namely one that empowered his direct reports by granting them a degree of autonomy to get the job done, provided he was kept in the loop on progress. Dennis is not a micro-manager, and does an excellent job of leading by example. Would certainly work with him again. Highly recommended.
