  Directed the development and execution of common ground based mission management systems for Northrop Grumman’s Unmanned Systems business area. Lead a cross disciplined team of over 250 personnel in the development, integration, fielding and sustainment of large safety and mission critical software systems to operate and fly unmanned aircraft systems. Development areas included software for aircraft and payload control, mission planning, content management and interoperability, and hardware integration across multiple networks and security levels. Transitioned development and production to a product center organization increasing commonality between individual programs and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, transitioned the organization to an enterprise agile framework including a common tools that, combined with the product center transition, reduced development costs from previous systems by up to 85%. Executed key organizational changes including consolidation of functional areas across three main operating sites improving efficiency. This transition was completed while maintaining program schedules and milestones and successfully retaining key personnel.
