Provide basic support across in the administration of the ICT systems(Internet & Network, Telephony system, Microsoft Outlook Computers. Configuration, deployment and management of workstations, laptops and peripheral equipment. Provide support and advise of all IT related services. Install and enforce the recommended organizational Operating System (OS) on all endpoints Ensure all devices have a valid OS software license . Ensure availability, integrity and security of a systems. Develop social media content calendars and all associated content. Publish cross-platform and platform-specific content on all of our social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. Monitor and engage with our audience(s) . Track and analyze social media posts; Install corporate antivirus on all endpoints Provide technical expertise and support on IT related issues within the company. Make recommendations on acquisition and deployment of new and existing technologies. Maintain the staff’s e-mail accounts using mail server software on local servers.
