Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for complete recruitment cycle. • Sourcing CV's as per client's requirements. • Work on the job portals like Monster, Career builder, indeed, job diva and Dice to source candidates. • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to the relevant job criteria, using databases, networking, Job portals as well and through employee referrals. • Coordinating interviews with the relevant managers. • Screening, short listing conducting preliminary interview prior sending it to the client. • Following up the interviews till the final placement is done. • Keeping constant touch with the candidate before joining and after selection as well. (Supported clients: Herbalife, HP, Unisys, Intel, First Niagara Bank, Pepsico, BASF, Northrup and MD Anderson) • Advising job applicants of the success/failure of their application. • Building up the professional relationship with candidates.
