I wore multiple hats in this role, serving as an instructor as well as the Operations, Training, and Scheduling Manager for a team of 146. As the Acoustic Instructor and subject matter expert (SME), I imparted my expertise to colleagues so my procedural, operational, and technical knowledge does not retire with me. Because the training curriculum had not been revised in 7+ years, our team was not achieving qualifications by the established deadlines. I revised the positional training curriculum within one month. Current training materials drove down operator qualification time by a 6.6%. The group achieved a 99% pass rate during six biannual Physical Readiness Tests.

To ensure the crew adhered to safety procedures and had zero mishaps during test flights and missions, I audited their performance and coached them on discrepancies.
