      As the Safety Engineer at Nucor Tubular Products, my duties include the following. I am the chairperson for weekly safety meetings with the management and supervisors. At this meetingwe discuss any incidents that happen during the week period and corrective actions if required. I am the First Responder Coordinator for our facility and 6 other plants, 2 in Decatur, Alabama, 2 in Chicago, Illinois and 1 in Cedar Springs, Georgia. I am a member of the Tubular Safety Committee that meets quarterly. I track and log all OSHA 300, 300A & 301 Logs and notify OSHA if needed.
