Executes DNA extraction in preparation for PCR analysis and runs samples on PCR. Maintains basic laboratory housekeeping and resource inventory. Assist in maintaining lab sample and beer inventories and dispersion of samples. Documents information in personal lab notebook, equipment record books, and databases. Uses Microsoft Excel to record, interpret data, and conduct trending analysis, presents to senior colleagues.
