  My job as an international coordinator, allows me to always be in touch with the international market, specific to the Europe one. I deal every day with our agents, and customers, which are very exigent, as we support only high executives whose are being expatriated; So, I've been able to construct experience dealing with international trade, I must follow the budgets for each process and control everything. Customer services is the company's heart, where everything happens, and we must know all commas inside each process, since commercial issues, passing thru billing matters, operational actions, and customs authorities to origin/destination agents; of course, also the customer. My daily job description also had the task to follow some spreadsheets, create reports, full fill system, to keep all the points updated with big data information, update every single cost that perhaps appears into process, deal with official documentation from customer and treat directly with sea shipments line and air lines. I had the opportunity to help build the corporate social responsibility department at my currently job, and keep supporting them and the strategic team, for the future directions too; I'm very proud of this.   During this period, I was responsible to make a customized attendance as a consultant to my customers; Visiting them to check what would be their necessity. Getting as a result, a survey to analyse with my manager what could we do to offer a competitive bid and follow up constantly in negociations for a deal. I also had the oportunity to visit and work during a month in their Head Office located in Fortaleza - Ceara State, dealling directly with the Director form the International Department, learning the company's procedures.
