Initiated and coordinated European and National Data research projects cross sector within the organisation as well as assist with mapping the internal culture, research strategy and create a list of recommendations in order to use new and emerging (BIG) data sources for statistics and impact measurement. I would regularly discuss projects, policy and progress and inform international delegations. I also developed new methodology for accurately measuring policy interventions as well as the efficacy and validity of new and emerging data sources. I was also a lecturer within the CBS academy where I focused on the Role of Research in Society and Data Ethics. I taught employees at the Dutch Ministries, as well as international Delegations, on the ethical structures of research and the role which data plays in projects and how to use multiple data sources within a research framework to optimize descriptions and impact.
