I have known Dennis Dankwah, our Maintenance Stores manager for over 4 years now. He does an excellent job in keeping the store running smoothly and successfully till date. He truly has his hands on everything, and extremely reliable with stock controls, records, reorders, and stock levels reports Dennis having the most responsibility of any person in the stores: delegating and assigning tasks, setting schedules, organizing merchandise, managing stock and inventory levels, and monitoring pricing, just to name a few of his tasks. However he also handled the long-term goals and vision for the department and business, and did a fantastic job in developing reports that supports stake holders plans and ensuring the business growth. I worked closely with Dennis in developing financial goals, plans and modules, and he always impressed me with his insightful ideas. Dennis is truly the full package, intelligent, hard-working, and independent. he worked well with the team but also took initiative himself. Overall he is one of the best employees I have worked with and I recommend him very highly
