  QUALITY CHECKER - The Quality Checker (QC) is responsible for checking each tagged video clip thoroughly for errors and non-conformance before approving them for client review. Each video clip which does not pass his/her quality standard should be returned to the Associate Image Processor (AIP) for further correction until the clip is of acceptable standard and can be submitted for approval by the QC. The QC will lead a group of AIPs and help the TL supervise the assigned team. He will be responsible for motivating the team to perform well, identify operational gaps and recommend/implement solutions to address them.
